I want to cancel my order:
If you wish to cancel your order, you have 30 working days to do so after your items have been delivered. Please use the included form in your parcel to indicate why you are returning your items to us. You are responsible for paying for postage to return the item to us.
Please carefully package the items, enclosing the slip sent with your order and post to:

All items must be returned in their original unopened packaging and must be in a resalable condition.
Please note due to the nature of hosiery and underwear products we are not able to accept items that have been worn for a full refund. Any items that are returned to us that have been tried on we reserve the right to retain up to and including 100% of the refund value. We will not accept returns on underwear or hosiery that upon inspection, have been opened and tried on. If you are under any doubt, please contact us here: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we have received your items we will refund you, this will be done as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
My item is not what I thought it would be:
For a full refund all items must be returned in their original packaging and must be unopened. Please note due to the nature of hosiery and underwear products we cannot accept items that have been worn for a refund. You are responsible for paying the correct postage costs and are responsible for the items until they are received by us. You must obtain proof of posting.
My item is damaged:
If your item has a manufacturing defect, please follow the process in the how to return an item panel. Once we have received the items we will issue a full refund including postage within 30 days.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons and because of the nature of hosiery and underwear items, we cannot accept returns of items once the item has been worn or tried on. After opening, it your responsibility to examine the item carefully and note any faults before trying on and or wearing. Items must be returned in the condition as received in an unworn / unused condition including the packaging for our inspection as we will not consider an item for full refund or replacement if it has been tried on. Ladders, snags, holes or friction rub marks are not defects once the item has been tried on and or worn.
Any defects or faults must be reported within 14 days of receiving your items. No returns at all accepted after a period of 30 days from delivery, for any reason.
